Return and Refund Rights
We want you to love what you ordered from Nova. But in case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a simple return policy.
- You can return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.
- Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, unworn, with all tags attached, and that you have the original receipt and packaging.
- Returns are free if the received product is defective or faulty; otherwise, shipping costs will be at your expense.
- If the issue is minor and acceptable and you are willing to keep the product, a partial refund can be negotiated.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
NOTE
- Before returning products, please contact our customer service. We will not accept returns of products without prior contact. Contact: service@bequeenkl.com
- In case of quality issues, please provide related images of the items in question. You will then receive a confirmation email from our customer service team, which will include return instructions and the return address. It will take 2 business days to confirm the refund.
- After receiving the return instructions, please pack the items to be returned using the original packaging and provide the tracking number to our Customer Service team after shipping the package.
- Please do not return your order to the address indicated on the package, as it is not our return address. Before making a return, please contact our Customer Service.
- In case of purchase with a coupon, we reserve the right not to refund the used coupon if the promotion ends.
