Notice pursuant to Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016
of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003
(Consent to the processing of personal data)
Dear Customer,
pursuant to EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, hereinafter “Privacy Regulation”, to which reference is made in full) and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”, hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and any subsequent amendments, Nove SRL expressly informs you that all personal data you provide will be processed according to the methods provided therein. In particular, we inform you of the following:
a) Purpose of processing
This document constitutes a notice that clarifies the methods of processing your personal data by Nove SRL.
The personal data processed by the company will exclusively be the following: personal/identifying data (name, surname, age (at least 16 years), gender, date of birth, and tax code, if the interested party is a natural person; tax code, VAT number, and name, surname, and tax code of the legal representative pro tempore, if the interested party is not a natural person), contact data (residential/legal address, email address/certified email address, phone/cell/fax number), IP address.
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, at the time of checkout we may transmit your personal data to Klarna in the form of contact data and order details, so that Klarna can assess your eligibility for their payment methods and customize them. Your transferred personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.
It is anticipated that subsequently, for the correct execution of the assignment, it may be necessary to periodically update the aforementioned personal data, which will be requested promptly and for which your consent will be sought.
Finally, we inform you that, in the event that you are under 16 years of age, consent to the processing of your data may only be validly granted by those exercising parental responsibility towards you or otherwise your legal guardian. If this does not occur, we will not be able to process your data and therefore provide the requested service.
b) Legal basis and purpose of processing
Nove SRL will collect the above-described personal data exclusively for the following purposes: to comply with obligations imposed by Italian law or European Union law (e.g., those of an accounting and tax nature, anti-money laundering control, etc.); to fulfill obligations and exercise rights arising from purchase contracts entered into through the website dazhanhongtu.shop (e.g., to execute the delivery of purchased goods, manage requests for assistance on sold products, exercise the right to payment of the price, etc.); to communicate with you; to improve the service offered through the website dazhanhongtu.shop; to send you our advertising, defined based on your interests regarding products and services that may interest you.
Nove SRL expressly informs you that the provision of your data is mandatory for achieving the purposes arising from legal obligations and/or the purchase contract, while it is optional for purposes other than these: however, your refusal to provide the requested data may (totally or partially) prevent Nove SRL from providing the requested service.
c) Collection of personal data
The personal data we collect will be those you provide at the time of completing the purchase order on the website dazhanhongtu.shop and/or through the subscription to the newsletter service provided through the same website.
In addition, we will collect some data (specified in the section “i - Cookie Policy”) through our Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, and Pinterest pages. For any information regarding this, please refer to the appropriate notice accessible here.
d) Methods of processing
Your personal data will be processed both with paper documents and with computer tools owned and/or available to Nove SRL and its external collaborators.
If necessary, also for internal purposes, to store your personal data in our computer system or that of our external collaborators, they will be stored, archived, and managed using adequately protected computer media, in order to ensure full security, until the end of processing.
e) Duration of storage of personal data
The personal data collected will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described above, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.1 letter e) of the Privacy Regulation, after which they will be deleted from any file owned and/or available to Nove SRL and/or its external collaborators.
In any case, the personal data collected will be kept for a period not exceeding 10 years from the time of their provision.

f) Data controller
The Data Controller is Nove SRL, with tax code and VAT number 01214840934, Email: support@mimwe.com; Certified email address: support@mimwe.com, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore.
g) Persons authorized to process personal data
In addition to the Data Controller, the data you provide will also be processed by the employees of Nove SRL, in their capacity as Authorized Persons for data processing. You are informed that these subjects will act under the management of the Data Controller and are bound to the confidentiality of the personal data collected, both on the basis of an internal regulation and by virtue of legal and contractual provisions arising from the employment relationship.
h) Recipients of personal data
Your personal data (collected in any way) will be processed by the Data Controller, by the subjects appointed by it (as defined in the previous section), as well as by the following third parties:
- couriers and shippers;
- companies providing IT services, including so-called hosting, housing, and similar services;
- companies providing advertising services (newsletters, etc.);
- companies providing online advertising services (to publish ads and similar);
- other external collaborators, such as technicians and/or professionals employed by Nove SRL who will come to know your personal data.
Regarding the companies providing IT services, we inform you that the processing of personal data entrusted to them may take place at facilities (e.g., a Data Centre) located in Switzerland (a country already considered adequate for the protection of personal data by the European Commission - see the Commission's decision on the adequacy of the protection of personal data provided in Switzerland pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC - July 26, 2000), or in other countries of the European Union.
Except as just seen, your personal data will not be disclosed, transferred for any reason, or otherwise shared with other third parties, and will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated above.
